VIBRA YEKUN recent development CMD series chain cutters are
designed to improve the soil by adding cement and binder to the
soil while cutting. Different concentration of cement and binder
can be used to achieve the required load-bearing capacity. The
resulting stable, non-cracking soil-cement structure is
freeze-resistant and waterproof, depending on the binder used in
the slurry, and meets high levels of stability and watertightness.
The CMD series chain cutters are made up of a specially designed,
highly wear-resistant chain plate, pick block and pick teeth.

Mixing and Infusion Equipment
Upper mixing
When the weight shows the sum of the weight of water and the weight
of cement in the ratio, close the winch and let the upper mixer mix
again for 2 minutes, then you can open the valve to put all the
liquid into the lower mixer and use it.
Down mixing
The slurry pump draws the slurry from the lower mixing tank and
transports it to the cutter.
Work Motivation
The CMD chain cutters are driven by two high-torque hydraulic
motors plus planetary reducer for maximum power, with a theoretical
output torque of 80,000Nm.

The CMD chain cutters are designed to improve the soil by adding
cement and binder to the soil while cutting. Different
